SUMMARY:Corporate Council of Africa Summit
DESCRIPTION:On Wednesday\, our team had the privilege of attending the enlightening Corporate Council on Africa Council of Africa Summit\, where we participated in a panel discussion. This session hosted by Prosper Africa delved deeper into the recently launched ‘Africa Trade Desk’. This platform explored the innovative\, technological\, and collaborative efforts transforming U.S.-Africa trade relations. \nThe panel\, expertly moderated by British Robinson\, provided an in-depth look at how the US Africa Trade Desk is directly connecting African producers with the U.S. market. Gavin van der Burgh walked us through the mechanics of this demand-driven model\, which is supported by major U.S. retailers. Jason Ferraro further enriched the discussion by highlighting how multicultural flavor profiles are increasingly influencing consumer choices in the USA. \nShaquana “Shaq” Teasley – DBS\, CCS\, MSLR offered insights into overcoming regulatory challenges that African exporters face\, and Matthew Bonner\, COO of EAS Advisors\, LLC\, discussed the critical financial support the US Africa Trade Desk will provide to exporters meeting the demands of U.S. retailers. \nThis summit was a fantastic opportunity for learning and networking\, and we are excited to leverage these insights to further our mission of promoting healthy\, ethically produced food products. We encourage exporters interested in expanding their reach to visit www.usafricatradedesk.com or www.usatd.org and join our network. \nLooking forward to more such impactful sessions!\nhashtag#CCAfricaSummit hashtag#USAfricaTrade hashtag#Innovation hashtag#Collaboration hashtag#EthicalTrade
